These terms govern your use of the GZO store and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

GZO is a project of YMI Experience Co., Ltd. (株式会社YMI Experience), registered in Japan at 4-5-6 Tsuruhashi, Ikuno-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka, Japan. In these terms, "we", "us", and "GZO" refer to YMI Experience Co., Ltd.

Acceptance

By placing an order or using this store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Products & pricing

We sell garments and, at times, cultural experiences. All prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are tax-inclusive — Japanese consumption tax is already included in the displayed price. We aim for accuracy in every product description and image, but colours may vary slightly between screens.

Orders & pre-orders

An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms once we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and will refund you in full if we do. Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout and ship with the Summer 2026 drop. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit and debit cards. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping & customs

We ship within Japan and internationally. Rates and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — including the GZO name, designs, garments, imagery, and text — belongs to YMI Experience Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
